Pre-nyokum may be celebrated across the globe considering the availability and possibility of resources and manpower in the proposed area. However, pre-nyokum may be concluded prior to the conclusion of main nyokum day, i.e.- 26th February of that year. Post- nyokum celebration may not be appropriate as the festive season is over by the time.
